Purpose: A Committee to improve the communication and operational links between the City and the Rose Festival Committee in order to truly capitalize on the partnership which exists in putting on one of the marquee events in the City of Welland, being the Rose Festival.
Mandate/Terms of Reference: Welland Rose Festival Committee Terms of Reference.

Members and term: The Welland Rose Festival Inc., through its Executive Election process (Annual General Meeting, also known as AGM), recommends for City of Welland Council’s approval their President, 1st Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer to sit on the Welland Rose Festival Advisory Committee; therefore, approved members are:

Councillor Dan Fortier (term of Council - December 1, 2010 to November 30, 2014); Jeffrey Ward, President (AGM 2012); Michael Raymond, 1st Vice President (AGM 2012); Louis Bourdages, Secretary/Treasurer (AGM 2012).
