Troubleshooting QuickTime Problems
| Problem | Solution |
| I see white grid lines on a black background instead of the movie. | Grid lines appear while a QuickTime VR movie is loading. After the movie loads fully, the grid lines will disappear. |
| I can't play any movies. | Apple's QuickTime plug-in is required. Please make sure you have this installed and running. |
