| Welland Community Wellness Complex 145 Lincoln Street One of the City’s finest facilities and is fully accessible. |

| Atrium - large enough to accommodate a formal dinner, acoustics night or even a comedy session with a breathtaking view of the Welland Recreational Waterway. |

| Theatre - Featuring a wood sprung floor with floor level stage which is completely accessible to all performers. Amphitheatre style seating with available space for floor seating. Capacity approx. 400 seats. Equipped with a projector with a ceiling to floor screen. Professional sound and lighting equipment. Green Room along with male/female dressing rooms. |

| Private Rentals Ice time is available September to April for family gatherings, business & corporate functions, recreational hockey and age group skating. Call early for the best selections! Don’t forget the Community Room for after skate party when booking your Ice Time. | ||
| Floor Rentals is available from May to August for special events such as Graduation, Home Shows and such sporting events as Lacrosse, Floor Hockey and Wrestling matches. |

| The Community Room is perfect for workshops and mini-conferences, socials, wedding showers, retirement parties and private birthday parties for all ages! This accessible room has a 237 person capacity with a kitchenette. Free parking. |

| Cooks Mills Hall 630 Lyons Creek Road |
Located in the eastern end of the City in Cooks Mills Park, this facility is ideal for a small gathering in a quiet country setting. The hall has the capacity of 80 people and is equipped with a small kitchen. |
| Hooker Street Community Centre 45 Hooker Street |
Located in the historic downtown core of Welland, this centre suits smaller groups and is equipped with a kitchen and fireplace. Rentals are available October through to the end of March. |
| Farmer’s Market 50 Market Square (directions/map) |
| Located in the downtown core with entry from Division and Young Streets. This facility has a large room with a capacity of 100. It is available to rent year round. |
