• New Niagara College Summer Semester “U Pass” Service

  Summer U Pass service begins May 1, 2010 .

  Niagara College Summer students who are eligible for the Summer Bus Pass sticker may ride all Welland Transit services at no charge. Simply show your valid student card with the proper sticker to access these services. See your Student Administrative Council (SAC) office for more information on whether you are eligible and how to obtain your summer semester sticker.

  The Summer Semester U Pass service will be available from May 1, 2010 to August 31, 2010.

  U Pass stickers are available at your SAC office from April 26.

  Commencing May, 10, 2010 Niagara College students without a valid summer sticker on their student card will be required to pay the regular fare.

Notice:

March 29, 2010        Ticket and Pass sales are now available for sale at the Terminal, 160 East Main St., by the Consumer/Survivor Initiative.   Tickets and Passes are also available at the Seaway Mall, the Transit Office 75 Federal Rd. or from a number of our Transit Drivers. (Out of Town information) The Consumer/Survivor Initiative of Niagara is making arrangements to offer Coach Canada ticket sales and parcel delivery and hope to have this in place soon. • Detours and Construction
  • Route #3 First St. - will be returning to regular routing from Prince Charles to Lincoln St. effective Monday July 26, 2010..
     
  • due to construction at Niagara College and the closure of the Ring Rd. buses entering the College will detour effective Monday July 26, 2010 until approximately September 15, 2010. Please ask your driver for connecting buses.
  
   
• Accessible Conventional Service

  New Accessible Route - Welland Transit is pleased to announce that effective September 1, 2009 Route 6 Ontario Rd. will be our newest accessible route.
